The temporary restraining order against the former manager and an ex-boyfriend of pop star Britney Spears has been extended by a Los Angeles judge until Wednesday to give time to mull over the arguments of the case.
Judge Aviva Bobb extended the order against paparazzo Adnan Ghalib and Sam Lutfi. Bobb reasoned that the busy court calendar is one of the factors of this delay. This will give enough time for Jamie Spears, the singer’s father, to testify on Monday afternoon.

Pop star Britney Spears is reportedly scheduled to make her third appearance at the top-rating sketch show “Saturday Night Live” on November 22, just less than 2 weeks before the release of her latest album “Circus.”
Spears had appeared in the program in 2000 and 2002. Her third appearance is hopefully going to help the promotion of her album.

Pop star Britney Spears surprisingly did not object to the decision of a Los Angeles court to appoint her father as a permanent conservator of her affairs.
“I’ve met several times with [Britney] and she requested that I not object to the permanent conservatorship,” Samuel Ingham, the singer’s court-appointed lawyer said.
Commissioner Reva Goetz stated that it was “necessary and appropriate” to come up with this decision.
However, several legal experts believe that the term “permanent” translates to “forever.” The decision only avoid continuous renewal of temporary conservatorship and that Britney Spears can manage her own affairs when the right time comes.
