Sean Penn has a new girlfriend and she’s just 26 years old. Shannon Costello is pretty, too, so I guess Sean Penn may even say “Scarlett Johansson who?”

Sean Penn, the former husband of Madonna and Robin Wright, started romancing 26 year old Shannon Costello at the beginning of July. Earlier this month, the couple was spotted dining out in Miami. In July, they were spotted at Malibu beach together.

Costello is the former communications director of the actor’s J/P Haitian Relief Organization. She and Penn first met in fall of 2009 and became friends. The new girlfriend of Sean Penn then began working with the organization in 2010.

So I can’t help but ask — what the hell do these young ladies see in these way older men?!
