An unemployed woman from Connecticut found another way to advertise her resume, hoping that this would be the best method to get a job as soon as possible.

East Hampton resident Pasha Stocking decided to place an ad via a large billboard along Interstate 95 in Bridgeport. The sign gives out the message, “Hire Me!” plus her photo and the website address http://www.hirepasha.com where employers can see her qualifications.

Stocking, a 37-year old single mom, was laid off from work in June last year. She revealed that she had been looking ever since a job that’s related in marketing and design – which was her task during her previous employment. She said that she was inspired to rent a billboard because a man from Milwaukee did the same thing.
She has not revealed how much she spent for the ad but she revealed that the money came from her savings. The billboard company stated in its website that the rent on a similar billboard sign costs nearly $7,000 a month.
