The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office said on Wednesday that R&B star Chris Brown is expected to make a court appearance on Thursday, despite the fact that he’s yet to be filed with charges.

Jane Robison, a spokeswoman for the DA, said that Brown was told that he’s required to make an appearance based on the scheduled date arranged during his arrest on February 8.

The 19-year old artist was booked on suspicion of making criminal threats. The police said that a woman has identified Brown as the attacker. Several media outlets have reported that the alleged victim was none other than Brown’s current beau, Rihanna.

Prosecutors have asked for more data from the police regarding this case. Brown posted the $50,000 bail for his freedom.

Last week, photos of Brown having a great time in Miami have surfaced. Reports stated that he and Rihanna have patched things up and are currently spending quality time together.
