The temporary restraining order against the former manager and an ex-boyfriend of pop star Britney Spears has been extended by a Los Angeles judge until Wednesday to give time to mull over the arguments of the case.
Judge Aviva Bobb extended the order against paparazzo Adnan Ghalib and Sam Lutfi. Bobb reasoned that the busy court calendar is one of the factors of this delay. This will give enough time for Jamie Spears, the singer’s father, to testify on Monday afternoon.
Jamie Spears is seeking for a longer restraining order against Ghalib, Lutfi and the duo’s lawyer Jon Eardley. The former claimed that the three have attempted to interfere with the court-ordered conservatorship granted to him. Jamie Spears currently has the control over his daughter’s financial and personal affairs.
According to reports, Ghalib, Lutfi and Britney Spears did not appear in court.
