The 8^th season of the top rating reality dance series “Dancing With the Stars” will feature a diverse list of personalities competing for the top honors. This was announced by ABC Network this week.

· Rodeo athlete Ty Murray

· Multiplatinum singer Jewel

· Country star Chuck Wicks

· Former Apple Executive Steve Wozniak

· Actress Denise Richards

· Pop singer Belinda Carlisle

· Actor Gilles Marini

· Celebrity news reporter Nancy O’Dell

· TV prankster Steve-O

· Actor David Alan Grier

Johnson is the youngest competitor ever in the show at 17. DWTS will have a 2-hour season premiere by March 9. This show proved to be a ratings hit for the network, averaging more than 19 million viewers per episode.
