Golden Globe Award-winning actor James Franco has been named Man of the Year by the Hasy Pudding, the undergraduate drama troupe in Harvard University on Thursday.

According to reports, Franco will accept the accolade during the award ceremony which will take place on February 13 at the school’s campus in Massachusetts.

The 31-year old actor received acclaim for his role in “Milk” and was recently nominated for a Golden Globe for his supporting role in “Pineapple Express.” He already won a Golden Globe for the 2001 biopic James Dean.
Meanwhile, Academy Award-winning actress Renee Zellweger was named  Woman of the Year. Last year’s awardees were Charlize Theron and Christopher Walken.
