A 23-year old man from Berlin, New Jersey got a brand new car, a $7,500 diamond ring and a crown of miniature chickens after gobbling down the most number of chicken wings in this year’s Wing Bowl held in Philadelphia.

John Squibb, also known as “Super Squibb,” bested other contenders after eating the aforementioned number of chicken wings in about twenty minutes. The indigestion that probably resulted from this gobblefest is seemingly worth it after he won several prizes.

The event is held every year on the Friday before the much-anticipated Super Bowl. The contest was sponsored by radio station WIP-AM. Aside from hundreds of contestants taking part in the competition, the event also featured scantily clad “Wingettes.”

The organizers revealed that they’ll be back next year. The contest is only open for amateur eaters.

Coming in at second place was Richard Razzi a.k.a “Not Rich” who ate 180 chicken wings.
