San Diego – A defendant for a kidnapping and assault case expressed his frustrations in the justice system by smuggling a bag of feces in court and smeared his lawyer with the excrement and flung the rest of it to the jury.

Weusi McGowan has several charges filed against him in connection with a home invasion two years ago. He requested the judge to replace his attorney, public defendant Jeffrey Martin but it was denied.

According to reports, McGowan smeared Martin’s hair and face with feces before throwing the rest to the jury. No jurors were hit by the excrement.

The incident prompted the judge to increase McGowan’s bail from $25,000 to $1 million.
